Best agents in Lincs. Have never had a bad experience with them following living in several of their rentals. Rachel is always on hand to assist with any issues big or small and make what is usually a stressful experience, seamless and comfortable!

There is nothing I can write that hasn't already been said by other people who have been unfortunate to experience APPM other than Powells haven't got the property THEY live in through being honest. As for this employee character Alison, personally a management course wouldn't go amiss & neither would a course on manners. Avoid this business at all costs. I couldn't post this review unless I gave a star rating so feel privileged you got a 1 star.

After a disappointing first encounter where they ended up giving us our deposit back due to their mistakes. We decided to try and give them a second go but found Alison abrupt, rude and lacking in all customer service abilities. To the point of refusing us a viewing on incorrect information.

One of the office workers has a horrible unprofessional attitude. House was disgusting when I moved in (dirty) curtains and light shades was thick with dust and smoke stained. Walls looked like they'd had a chain smoker In there for 10 years same with the upstairs carpets. The fact I was due my newborn, I re decorated the whole house.. new carpets, light fittings, door handles and painted everywhere! Even on inspection they said It didn't look like the same house. They gave us notice a few months later and tried to charge us our whole deposit near enough for 'cleaning' and tried to charge for the light shades and curtains. I scrubbed the house on my hands and knees before I left. We had a fly problem where over 3 days my whole house filled with flys, an exterminator confirmed they was blue bottles and something must of died inside the walls (bird, rat ect) I asked them to sort the issue out because I had a new born baby, they refused and blamed me. They try to take advantage. Disgusting company would NOT recommend.

We’ve only just moved into one of their properties, but after a really nasty experience with a previous agent and an ill-maintained house, dealing with Angela Powell has been such a breath of fresh air. Really kind and personable, responsive, professional, and the house itself is beyond lovely. We’re looking forward to many years here!

Have used these agents myself for over 15 years and my family have used for over 25 years. Have always found them to be professional and find credible , reliable tenants , and for that i'd like to say a Big thank you, for all the hard work you put in for myself and the family , Much appreciated !!

Office manager downright rude. Would not recommend. Put me off having anything to do with them again.

This company has a lot to learn on how they treat their tenants! I could go into detail but the best advice I can give you is if you have to use this company make sure your strong you know your rites as being a tenant as this company can make your life hell and all their interested in is your money!

To be honest they will rip you off when you leave your property saying it wasn't left in a clean condition even if you leave it cleaner than when you moved in.

I've had family members use Angela Powell, in terms of a letting agent they go the extra mile and the customer service is fantastic
